If you are a team manager and need to register your team, please fill out the ON-LINE TEAM REGISTRATION FORM or you may use the PDF version and drop it off at the center.
After the AT & T Sports Center receives your team registration form, you will receive confirmation within 2 working days, that your information has been entered into the system.
Once the information is entered into our Sports Management System (MySam), you will be able to:
- Mange your team from any computer
- Pay team & player fees on-line
- Contact all your team members via e-mail
- Check your schedule and standings
- Receive e-mail reminders about your games

Click Here. A new window will open and you will need to sign-up as new customer on this page.
The steps are bulleted below:
- Under the red NEW CUSTOMER? menu click the "Click Here" link.
- Fill out the NEW CUSTOMER form.
- An email will be sent to the email address entered for confirmation.
- On the email sent click on the "CLICK HERE TO CONFIRM EMAIL ADDRESS" button and that will lead to the log in page.
- The "Registration Successful" page should appear next. This will instruct you to go back to the log in page where you can not log in with the user name and password that you created.
NOTE:
If you are registering more than one family member on the same email address you must use a different password. We can add all of the family members to one member's page after you register them.
Now that you are a member, you need to choose which registration method applies to you.
